Where were you and what did you want?
... For Christmas, when you were 10?
I can remember my sister getting a magic set and I think I got a microscope!
I wasn't so into my Tiny Tears doll... but Sindy dolls were still played with!
We lived in Havant!

I was big time into Tiny Tears, she peed too remember? Also big into Sindy....much more classy than Barbie.
Oddest thing, but what gave us tons of joy on Christmas morning was a bottle of Matey bubble bath....it was something we got every year and Christmas was just never the same after Mr Matey was no longer in my stocking!

I stand corrected we were in Germany! I was born in 67!
This is the dollie my dad got me, I still have it in a cabinet on my desk!

I got a Rubik's cube when I was about 10. Everyone was going crazy for them and the school even had a sponsored Rubiks cube competition.
One thing I wanted (when I was much younger I hasten to add) and never got were the Weebles. All together now...."Weebles wobble but they don't fall down"

I was around 9 or 10 when care bears made their first appearance I remember getting one of those for xmas.

Something else we always got every single christmas uptill I was about 13 or 14 was a stocking with fresh fruit (apple, orange tangerines etc) and nuts in it... I never hear of people doing that for their kids these days.
