Where do you get your cheap flights?

Where do you get your cheap flights?
I've tried the Expedia, Travelocity blah blah blah sites and for this Thursday evening (11th) to Heathrow with a return 3 weeks later and the stupid website has their telephone number in the box for the price quote. Either that or they are all in the region of $1,500

Kayak returning $762 out of JFK with Lufthansa. Kayak's always my first stop, too.

Why don't you just use a credit card? $1500 sounds reasonable in the summer..You can't come up with that?

I would never let $800 come between me and a visit to my mum....Just trying to understand Rushmans logic here..No offence intended
