Good afternoon!
I have a couple of quick questions I hope to have advice for:
My 1st NOA date, out of CSC, is March 8, 2001.
Per the CSC's JIT report, on April 13, CSC was working on petitions dated March 9, 2001.
Therefore my petition should now be on an adjudicator's desk, right?
Since petitions should not sit on a desk for over 30 days, then if I don't have the approval by May 7, is my case then considered to be "overdue"?
I understand CSC can at that time be contacted, to request they intervene in some manner and locate my K-1 petition. Am I on the right track? If so, what will CSC do on my behalf to get my approval expedited? (If anything)
Thanks so much!

Hi Alvena,
I was able to view your response to my post using Google, but not here on the Expats.
I wanted to thank you for your advice, telling me to wait twice as long as they told me to. That would mean 60 working days, and so I'll begin stressing in another 10 days. Thanks again!
