and i didn't even need time to convert!..landed here in October saw my first lights in December...I've been hooked ever since ..I've icicles, a lighted wreath and an 8ft lighted Santa and frosty to put up...and then there's always the Xmas lights I stick in the bushes....

gone and got a smallish tree, 6 foot thing from a dodgy geeza on the side of the road, not a bad tree, and now nicely decorated

aye, last year FIL got a monster of a tree from the woods, and well, no chance this year, that was a beast to get into the apartment....couldn't be doing with anything bigger than a 6 foot tree...was fun seeing all the dodgy gits by the side of the roads with trees, nice ones too, got ours for $20, and just got enough decorations to cover it up nicely, with the tree in a corner *l*
