I also use the Pet Name + Street Name version. I only had one pet growing up, a dog named Peaches. I've moved around A LOT in my life -- the first time when I was only 3 weeks old -- and have no clue what the name was of the first street I lived on. However, here are my favorite porn names created with the street names I DO remember living on:
Peaches Ironhorse
Peaches Nicole
Peaches Raúl Labbé
Peaches Bocaccio
... and my personal favorite: Peaches Chasewood!
(I really DID live on Chasewood Circle!)
BTW, my dad's porn name for Pet Name + MMN is Taffy Montgomery, which I always thought sounded sorta cool.
(I've never shared this with him, of course!)
