Men and women's Dove spray deodrant. Can't get it here in Upstate NY. Or perhaps we just smell more here, but we can't get deodrant to work as well! Probably us!

I usually bring spray deo back with me from the UK. Seems to be all stick and roll on available in the shops here...same in Canada.

If anyone were coming to visit me from England this year (and they're not), I would like them to bring me a china mug commemorating the Queen's 60 years on the throne. I love that kind of stuff for my house.

I've been thinking the same...although you can probably buy it on the internet and get it shipped here.

Our parents/inlaws always bring the following:
Jaffa cakes
ginger nuts
chocolate digestives
Pastis (from France obviously)
Robinsons squash
Salad cream
Marmite
PG Tips
Fruit pastilles
Twiglets
Milk Chocolate
We've found a fab pasty shop in Vienna, VA that we can get prawn cocktail and cheese and onion crisps from (yummy) as well as crunchies and other stuff that is cheaper than Amazon.

Sanex Deodorant
Galaxy Chocolate
Cadbury chocolate
The rest of the stuff I am happy to just have when I go back, though I have friends who would love to try some of the different Walkers crisps and they also love Glacier Mints.
Now I suddenly have a craving for a murray mint...

I've definitely seen salad cream and Marmite in my local supermarket. Tons of milk chocolate too.

You could probably buy all this stuff from Myers of Keswick in NYC.

Yup.. Takes us almost a day to get to NYC (a one hour flight in to Albany, then train down from Albany to Penn Station.) Mind you the train journey down the Hudson is beautiful.. We can see the Catskills in the distance.

My mother left the pickled onion monster munch behind to make room for the kids swag, where were her priorities
Anyway, she was shocked that a packet of Monster Munch cost $2 when that's almost a 12 pack in her local store...that and Hobnobs costing $6-7 a packet when they're 65p at her local at the mo.

I always bring over a christmas pudding if its the season, mixed dried fruit and mixed spice to make fruit cake, smarties and chocolate buttons for the kids, maltesers for Mr Redglade and a soreen malt loaf to scoff all by myself.
