What's your favorite thing about the US?

Re: What's your favorite thing about the US?
Now that my brain is working I can add: blue jays, nuthatches, chicadees (love that chicadees say their name! & so cute too!), titmouses (titmice?), goldfinches, barn swifts, towhees (aka 'ground robins' who say "drink your teeee") and we've even seen some bizarre-looking wild turkeys running about. . . . And we don't even live way out in the country!!
I've not seen a hummungbird, though--would love to! One may need a special feeder to attract them (?) & we're afraid to put out any feeders due to several cats in this neighbourhood that are ferocious hunters . . . .

Oh yeah, the different wild life is pretty cool.
Bluejays and Cardinals are pretty nice...and eagles as well as the variety of hawks and what not.
Hummingbirds, they're a bit annoying, pretty though, but wish they'd eat the bugs instead
Oh and bear in the wild is kinda cool...have yet to see a moose in the wild though, despite living just off an area called Moose Alley for a while, just not that bothered to get up at 3 in the morning. They're weird, dopey animals anyway.

Yes to Wildlife.
Urban Eagles.
Seals just off a city beach
Racoons running around the streets, they are cute, even if they are just over sized rats.
You can forget about the bears that just means you can not cook in a tent, which is a pain.
