Wensleydale doesn't need friçkin' cranberries! I don't think I have ever seen Wensleydale without cranberries in the US.

I quite like the sprouted wheat bread. It tends to be a little more expensive.

Agreed -- it makes my crazy! I've also seen one with mango and ginger in the local market and at Costco, but never the plain. However, I could get plain at the area British store, but I never go there as the prices are so insane.

I'm assuming the question was regarding the type rather than the brand - i.e. do you use specific bread flour?

Never thought of that as I've never seen a flour marked for bread use only. I've seen cake flour, regular flour and self-rising flour but never bread flour

Which is funny, because both the brands you mentioned above mill flour that specifies "bread" on the front of the bag. At least one of them also mills flour marked as "all purpose".

Most people shop for their usual groceries, grabbing the products they're fimilar with and paying little attention to other nearby products, even other products from the same manufacturer, which is why placement of products on the shelves is so critical to sales. .... To be clear, this is in no way critical of Rete, I do exactly that myself - grab the familiar product and pay little attention to other flavours/ varieties.
