Well that sand and oasis look...all so 90's and the camels..Ugh! They just need to go lovey.

If the home owner aint so pleased will they put it all back as it was? And will they do a revisit in a year to see if they've made any changes?

I think the term has been applied in the loosest possible sense. Sort of like thought about it a bit then did it rather than spur of the moment.
