What's the deal with a Drivers licesnse?
My fiancee has just entered on our K-1 visa. We received our Temp. EAD, and filled
out the info for getting a Soc. Security card. Now our next hurdle to to get a
drivers license.
We had a look on the state of CT dept. of motor vehicles web site and it says that
any non-citizen must have at least 90 days left on a visa to get a license. Is this
true? We don't have 90 days left now that we've entered the country and the wedding
isn't until next month. When can we get a license??
