My (USC) wife loves cooking and yesterday did fish and chips in the deep fryer. She got the recipe for the batter out of a Jamie Oliver cook book. Lovely stuff.

We went down to Austin City Limits last September and that was superb!

We had roast chicken, homemade sauagemeat stuffing, carrots and cauliflower, roast pots, mash and marks and spencer poultry gravy mmmmmmmmmmm
