Ok, we sent Matt's paperwork to the Helena INS office on July 31, 2001. On August 3, they cashed the checks. On August 17, we received his AP. Since then, we haven't heard anything from them. So I'm wondering which date, August 3 or August 17, should I count the 90 days from in regards to the EAD?
And after the 90 days have passed, does Matt just go to the Helena INS office and say, "I haven't gotten my EAD in the past 90 days, can I get one now?"
