If you try mediation services, be careful. Know who you are dealing
with in North Carolina. The Executive Director of the Community
Mediation Center in Wilmington - Kirsten Atkinson - was busted for
having a bunch of affairs with men and women. I don't know how many of
them were clients, but mediators handle equitable distribution and if
the mediator is carrying on an affair, do you think they will play
fair. I would almost take my chances with a lawyer
