which is why i LOVE Arbys... you wouldnt believe it but they are one of tghe best fast foods for you!

But you can't go to Arbys and not get the cheesecake dipping thingies which are probably twice that in calories.

Having said that I'm rather partial to Hardees thickburgers, which are heart attack in a bun...

I don't know what the problem is, I mean it's not like I eat them all the time, it's only once, maybe twice a day....

Health insurance??? Never heard of that, why would I have to pay for medical attention...
