Just got the all clear to file for labor certification YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :D

Recruitment period is over, only one person returned the questionnaire and to arrange an interview, and then she didn't show up (wanted more money and benefits anyways)... no internal applicants... everyone was screened and the attorney informed me we will be filing on May 19th!

Under PERM he is hoping to have it back by August at the latest and he tells me that will be plenty of time to file for I-485 whatever that is... this is the part where I didn't expect to get to so had left it in his hands! I am legal till Nov 12 - so seems like if all goes to plan it may actually be OK....

I feel like I must be dreaming!!! Now I know this is just the start... but I dont think we expected to get this far.

Was gonna go to the gym tonight but I think a few :beer: in order instead!

Ah, OK... I figured that was what it probably was, but didn't get chance to talk in much detail about that - he just assured me there was enough time if we get the LC back by Aug. :)

Thanks guys! I am a pretty happy camper right now! Plus, heathwise I have been feeling pretty great too - guess those meds are keeping things as they should be for now :D
