On March 1 have a Welsh lunch or dinner - cream of leek soup, rarebit, snowdon pudding, Welshcakes or Welsh Dragon cocktail
Caffe Vivaldi 32 Jones Street (off Bleecker) 212-691-7538
Music and a show, as well as dinner of veg glamorgan sausages, rarebit supreme and trifle pudding.
Murray's Cheese 254 Bleecker Street and Grand Central Terminal Marketplace
Teifi and Llangloffan

I don't really know why Wales bothers with NY (or NYC)
In contrast, residents with long family histories in PA often have roots that stretch back to Wales; such folks are likely more easily persuaded to visit and spend time/dosh in Wales.
