So no parade then?

Unless the "Dylan Thomas Walking tour of Greenwich Village" counts?

Indeed - "Dylan Thomas walking tour" is possibly the best euphemism for "pub crawl" I've ever heard.

Anyone notice that this Welsh celebration is taking place in a venue named after Scotland's patron saint?

I don't really know why Wales bothers with NY (or NYC)

In contrast, residents with long family histories in PA often have roots that stretch back to Wales; such folks are likely more easily persuaded to visit and spend time/dosh in Wales.
