Thumbs up Waffle mix

Does anyone know where I can buy some waffle mix from in the UK? We have the waffle maker but we can't create the american style waffles ourselves, I had heard that lakeland Plastic's sold it in a packet but they have stopped making it now. Any help would be appreciated

Just look for a recipe online for this. Unless you have the American measuring cups, do not use an American recipe that features "Cups".

IMHO the waffle recipe shouldn't be that difficult to recreate. It's just using the appropriate recipe (one based on British measurements, not American ones).

Look for a recipe online. Can't be too hard to recreate.

Use Bisquix. You can get that at just about every supermarket in the UK now.
