What browser and java are you using?
Microsoft java used by IE isn't that great, better to get the one from Sun...

Tried 2 different machines, Java error was on the server end according to the error message. Have returned it and gone with AT&T CallVantage. Should work out around $60 PM with UK/France calls, still a saving over $160 for SBC, but not as good as Lingo. I just don't believe that Lingo will be around in a years time with their current level of support. I did want to go Vonage, but they have no 512 (Austin) numbers, and the muppet I called on their sales line could give no indication of when they might get some.... Still not ready for prime time, but I am an early adopter in most areas of my life so I will get it to work.

Shame you had trouble hooking up. I haven't had any, really, apart from one minor snag when uploading and that's sorted now. I found their customer support very helpful. I've had no trouble getting into their site ever and I'm delighted with the service...especially the price. Lingo is backed by Primus isn't it? I think it had teething problems but seems to be one of the better VOIP services now..at least that's what I read on some websites - it's improving all the time. I'd hate to count up what I've spent on phone bills in the last 13 years, before all the cheaper services sprouted. :scared:
