Visitor Visa, now Married to US Citizen
Hi
I've been in the US for 2 years on an H1B that expired in Feb. I left the US and returned on an Visitors Visa, and a month later married a US girl.
What forms to I need to complete to get my Temporary Green Card / Right to work? Is there a good website for this situation?
Thanks

You might have a chance if you go home and start the immigration procedures from
there. Oh, and a lawyer probably won't hurt at this point.

Re: Visitor Visa, now Married to US Citizen
there is no need for him to leave the US to gain permanent residency, provided he
entered the US legally and is not out of status.
go here http://www.mindspring.com/~docsteen/...o/visainfo.htm and accept the
disclaimer and go to the "tourist adjustment" link.
