Hoping someone might know something about this - dual national Brit/yank here, in SoCal. The last few years we've been flying down to Cabo, Mexico, for vacation. My parents (both Brits, only), are currently visiting and we've decided to do a trip to Cabo with them. Do they need anything, other than their Brit passports, either flying in to Mexico from LA, or back into LA from Mexico?

During Covid they required an online form that could be filled in upon arrival. Nothing special. Your parents can travel.

Remember that their time in Mexico counts as time in the US starting when they arrived from the UK. In other words a trip to Mexico does not reset the clock to zero for time spent in the US.

ok cool - no time limit issues - they're only here 5 weeks. Thanks very much. The ESTA visa they initially had to get and file with the airline in the UK before leaving the UK - any idea of that needs to be refiled with the airline bringing them back into the US from Mexico? Should they have a copy of it handy?

I am pretty sure it is linked to their passport and on the USCIS system. no harm having a screen shot on phone of details tho

They ask for ESTA (yes/no) during in-person checkin only, but they don’t need to see the confirmation.
