Default Visa Waiver Programme

When I applied for a Waiver of Inadmissability I stated that I had made 2 short trips to the US. I had also stated this on the visa appliaction form pre Embassy interview. I did not put anything under 'INS Status' but had travelled via the Visa Waiver Programme. the reason for the Waiver for which I am still waiting was misdemeanours from over 15 years ago but nothing has been said about the 2 trips to the US. (1 week and 2 weeks). Will this cause me additional problems or would this have been brought up at the interview?

There is at least one person that has been slapped with making fraudulent entries
to the US because they used the visa waiver when they shouldn't have and needed
(needs? I'm not sure if it's still going on) to get a waiver for *that* which can
actually be harder than for a criminal history. However, there are others who this
hasn't happened to. I hate to say this but until the interview I'm not sure that
you'll know!

Thanks for the reply. I have had the Embassy interview and nothing was said re the trips to the US. It is just that you were also asked to state your last trips to the US on the Waiver application form. Obviously the reason for this waiver has nothing to do with the trips but I wonder if they might pick up on it. Now I think about it would they not have inquired about this at the original interview? The result of the waiver comes via letter.
