Hello
If you visit the USA from the UK on a 90 day visa waiver
What is the rules or law regarding how long you have to leave the Usa before re-entering for another 90 days visit
ie 1 day, 1 month etc

There aren't any rules as such. It's a matter of judgment for the immigration officer, as to whether you have immigrant intent or not.
