1. Get a K-1 visa for her and marry in the US.
2. Marry in Jordan and bring her over as your wife (either on a K-3 visa or DCF if
possible).

To do research into what is possible or the best solution for you,
a. check Alvena or Rete's signatures on their posts as they have free links full of
helpful information
b. check out www.usembassy-amman.org.jo (US Embsaay in Jordan)
c. for information about Jordan, check Jordanian Embassy in US
www.jordanembassyus.org

PS: looking for hope, read other couple's stories at www.kamya.com

...ups I misread... I meant - get HIM over on a K-1 visa, or marry HIM...

LOL Des ... Was wondering if you would catch the pronoun switch.

Here are the links Des was telling you about.

The mindspring one deals with both the Fiancee Visa and with adjustment of status if the couple is married and either living in the US or aboard.

The K1 FAQ http://www.txdirect.net/users/mike38/k1faq.htm

http://www.mindspring.com/~docsteen/...o/visainfo.htm

If you think it is a tough thing for you to go there and get married now, you could
bring him here on a K-1 visa. This helps you both get married in the U.S. He could
continue to stay here and get the Green Card after the marriage. He could also work
while he is here in the U.S. You may review the following links for details:
