Villa owners in Florida

Hi,
Can anyone point me in the direction of a forum where villa owners get together and discuss issues?
Thanks

Orlando area forget it ..so overbuilt ..and not enough customers
for all those rental properties .... quite a few being repoed ....

Outside of the the tourist area .... a real slump in buyers ...
Silly offers can get results... but check the cost of property tax and insurance first ..

Ta, future job prospects could well be opening in Tampa, whether I go or not aside, it's always helpful to have up to date information to base decisions on.

Hi...if you are a villa owner there is owners forum at www.villaforums.co.uk, its run by ordinary villa owners, so is quite owner focused unlike some..

You should also get a C.L.U.E. report on the property too. It doesn't hurt to put an insurability clause in the contract if there isn't one already.
