VIF Program
I am looking for advice from anyone that has completed or is currently involved in the VIF program in North Carolina. I am considering applying and any information would be appreciated.

Welcome to the state with the 48th most poorly paid teachers. It's a great state, but the attitude towards teachers and k-12 education in NC is embarrassingly bad. 
.... It's strange because there are several well known and/or prestigious universities in NC. I guess funding basic education for the masses just isn't considered important.
