I have found this place to be helpful and funny, I think you need a thickish skin sometimes if you are a Christian or lean politically to the Right (judging by some of the threads I have read) though I "came out" as a Christian a few days ago and people have been respectful. I think if you stuck around you will see this community as a weird but friendly bunch of people

Well your first few posts did contain links to other sites, of which sold things, which is pretty spammy for a new poster.
But like I said, you were given the benefit of the doubt of being helpful and not banned.
Quick look at the site rules, taking it on the chin and moving on and all is golden, but each to their own.
