Hi, this question is for those of you who were interviewed in the Vancouver Consulate....

Did you all have to have the previous 3 years tax returns of the USC to go along with your affidavit of support?

We're having trouble getting them and I'm just wondering if they are critical or not?

Does anyone out there have a number for the IRS other than the 800 one? We can't get through.......ugh...

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Congratulations to those who had successful interviews!!

We were just there this past Thursday for the K-1 interview. We had 3 years of my
(USC) tax returns in a separate envelope, but they never asked for them. They did
look at my affidavit of support which I also attached the form DS-1858.

Tax returns are only needed with the I-134 when the US Citizen is self-employed, and
in that case only one years tax return is needed.
