A Useful Rental Guide for prospective Landlords
Over the past few months, I have been pondering about whether or not I should rent out my place. Not that I truly want to but it is definitely an appealing option. I can get my place to really cashflow too! After doing some looking into the idea, I came across something which really has made me think hard about it and is actually helping me to come to a decision. Of all the literature out there about "being a landlord" etc, I have found this the one and only useful thing I have ever seen and I thought that there are many people who could benefit from my diligent leg work.

That is excellent. Some light relief after our own "Tenants from Hades" experience!

That 'guide' is something what was sent to me once... (I use it in some of my presentations for a chuckle)
I've gone in quite a few which are beyond words.... this happened to be a bank owned property - I declined listing it. When I turned in the photos, they didn't believe me that it was the property. A friction burn was suspected.
