USCIS California Service Center Delays?

Anyone hearing of any delays processing applications at the California Service Center. My L1 was submitted on September 14th and after the attorney I am using checked the case status, we eventually got told in a letter we would get a response after 45 days; yet they claim to process visa applications within a month.

Respectfully, "claim" is a pretty loose word in terms of visa processing times... and it all depends on how many other applications are ahead of yours in the pile. Yours will get processed in due course, but you're going to be sorely disappointed if you believe that reported processing times have anything to do with reality.
