Thumbs up USA in race to mine Helium-3 on the moon

Interesting news story ...

http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0...499359,00.html

Would be amazing if the USA and/or Russia start shipping Helium-3 from the moon back to the Earth.

Looks like Russia is a wee bit ahead in the race.

Typical!! Man is not content with f**king up his own home planet he has plans afoot to f**k up elsewhere in the solar system.

Just one question though. The US landed on the moon and stuck a flag in the ground.........isn't that some sort of "claim" to the territory and means that the US "owns" the moon???

I'd like to know the legal standpoint of this so if you know a lawyer.......... stab him........... and then look it up in his books.
