The IRS Yearly Average rate is still not available.
Each year my brain gets more unresponsive. I know the Feds quote the rate the wrong way around just to be difficult.

So, they quote $1 = £0.7810. So, the figure I need is £1 = $1.2804. Am I right?

1.280409731to be exact. Just divide the £1 by 0.781 and round up.

Thanks. I always just go with four places after the decimal point, good enough for government work.
