NYSE quoted corporation, as exposed as any other to the risk of litigation for unfair hiring practices. :unsure:

A lot of places are quite strict, because they don't want to deal with the ball ache of being sued for not hiring someone if they claim it was because of their age/sex/race/orientation etc.
