Default US Embassy in UK - Proof of relationship

Hi,
I have finally received my visa interview date in London, almost one year after filing our original application.
The Embassy wants to see 'proof of relationship' - which I have no problem evidencing - but their security list prohibits laptops from being taken into the building, and I have no 'modern' cellphone or tablet.
Do you know whether it would be acceptable for me to load my evidence onto a USB stick?
Should I assume that they will have the facility/ability to review the evidence in digital format, or do I need to print off hard copies, and if so where would I start?
I have approx 12000 emails, 10000 photos, and 35000 skype messages.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you

They won't require all of this, and definitely wouldn't look at all of it!

When I had to do this for the green card interview state side, I just took random snapshots of conversations (texts, emails, etc) that showed we were in a bona fide relationship from a range of different dates (organizing dates, talking about future plans, discussing big purchases, etc). I probably gave them 8 different screen shots of conversations on 2 sheets of paper. I then included 8 pictures of us both over time on 2 sheets of A4 paper too. You may want to do more than I did, but definitely not all of them! Maybe even show them things that prove you spent time together too, such as snapshots of hotel bookings, flights to visit each other, etc.

It's definitely quality over quantity that is needed - some key correspondence, spread over time, such as when you starred out, when you were planning an event, etc. And likewise for photos - you together on holiday in Paris, you together at a family Christmas get together, you with family at a BBQ, etc.
