US Citizen
How long does it take to become a US Citizen? Taking into account the GC holder has already been here 30 years!

Re: US Citizen
N-400 processing varies from office to office. Depending where in the US you live it
could take as little as 60 to as much as 1170 days. Here is a website with timelines

Re: US Citizen
It can take up to 3 years. What Service Center are you using?
And being here 30 years probably isn't going to shorten the wait. But, if you have
waited 30 years already, what's the rush? After all, you could have applied long ago.

Re: US Citizen
Depends on the office. BTW, have you ever applied for a selective service before?
I've heard a couple cases where GC holders (male only) were denied citizenship
because they failed to apply for selective service. But if you received your GC after
age of 26, you should be OK. If you know this information, just ignore
me.
