US or Australia
Hi,
Is it better to work in US on E3 Visa or stay in Australia? Moving to a new country require a lot new efforts etc. but still US have better market exposure then Australia. Please comment and advise? Thanks |
Re: US or Australia
Given most of your whiny posts, I'd say that wherever you go, you won't like it.

We lived sort of there when we first moved here. I say 'sort of' because our address was Morris Plains but our council taxes were paid to Parsippany.

Who will you be working for and for how long? There are much nicer areas but Parsippany isn't bad. Are you renting or buying. FWIW I wouldn't dream of moving anywhere without a reccie of 2 weeks.

Re: US or Australia
There's been a few threads on plano so give that a search...
I probably wouldn't bother if your only thinking for a couple years with kids, without, it would be worth it though... |

It's a good opportunity to sample life in the US. You will be about 30/45 mins from NYC, a couple of hours from Philly, approx 5/6 hrs from Boston and Washington DC, 8 hrs from Niagara and the Canadian border. The summers are long, hot and humid...the winters are usually snowy and very cold. |
