urgent info please
Hello,Im wondering,if the I130 visa comes through before a KII.will i still have the main interview in USA or will my wife have to come to Uk for the interview in London...???? any help would be greatly apreciated.

Depends on where you are. If you are in the U.S. you can file an I-485 (application for adjustment of status) right now (you don't have to wait for the I-130 to be approved) and will be interviewed here. If you are outside the U.S. then when the K-3 petition is approved you should be scheduled for an interview in your country of citizenship or permanent residence.
