urgent Help Required !
 

Hi,

This is a gr8 site where we can post our querries. I have a querry which is very very urgent. I thank all of u who would respond to my querry.
I had applied for Canadian Permanent Residency ( Landed Immigrant Status in December and my file is in process. I have not heard anything from them yet. I am in US on H1B visa. Now I have a cousins wedding in Canada which I want to attend. My whole family is attending it. But when I applied for Canadian Tourist Visa for 10 days I was rejected bcaz I had already appiled for Permanent Residency and they say it is a risk that If I go I might not return. I showed tham my Iternany too. But they r not convinced.

My question to u all is ?

1) Can I apply for Visa again and try to convince them and we are all (family members) going from US and show them all their Iternary. So I have no intention to stay there. I have his wedding Card too.

2) Second Quesion is if I get rejected again does it have any Bad Impact on the Processing of My Permanenet Residency Papers??
