Unlocking pensions

As anyone on this site dealt with a company called Kestrel, who help unlock frozen pensions back home.

If so are they legit. many thanks

Re: Unlocking pensions

If they are registered and regulated in the UK you can find out here:
http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmSearchForm.do

If they are registered and regulated in the US you can find out here:
http://www.adviserinfo.sec.gov/IAPD/Content/Search/

If neither, then perhaps not worth taking the risk and seek another firm.
