United are having a fare reduction at the moment.

We bought tickets last night for $280.60 each from Seattle to Chicago over Thanksgiving. This includes tax and charges.

I love wearing real winter clothes! Not much call for them in Seattle unless you include my drizabone hat and coat...stylish?...Not!

Shame there's no US equivalent of Easyjet. Try getting a flight to the next state for a quid! Bless these profit minded yanks...

well Ryan air actually has the highest profit margins of any airline at around 20%, united is about 0%, where BA profit is about 6%.

there's Spirit airways, $50 ticket to the bahamas a couple months back, there worth a look, bit of a hassle with luggage allowance etc though...and there's jetblue jobby and another one....

But I would have to drive for almost 4 days to catch a flight to Chicago .... so what use is it to me ?
