Unemployment

Really need some help here please.
I was laid off a year ago and was collecting unemployment except when I was picking up freelance work (which I duly reported) and when that was unavailable claiming unemployment again.
However I took a full time job in November that was the biggest mistake of my life (wont go into details, I usually stick jobs for years) and have resigned last Monday.
Can I still claim unemployment as I still had some due, or will working full time screwed it up, or is there a way around it?
Thanks for all and any advice
Rob

Re: Unemployment

I think unemployment depends on the state...I know here in ME you've got to have worked at the same place for 6 months before you can claim it, and the clocks reset when you get a new job as far as I'm aware.
