Hi is there anybody else on this service around the Denver area preferably on Charter? Had the service for a year but it has steadily deteriorated in the evenings mainly with apparent buffering. We have 30M cable and tested to both coasts and the problem does not appear to be on the transmission. Apple TV works fine as does Amazon Prime HD.

Anybody else have issues? Are any of the main carriers operating QOS to control streaming?
