UK tax preparation software advice - for UK rental income

I have a UK property that generates rental income. Currently I have an excellent UK tax preparer that deals with all of that side for me, however they are not getting any younger and I need to plan ahead for when they retire. Since the income and expenses are for the most part very regular this mostly seems like a copy and paste job and something that I should be able to do myself. I do my US taxes because in my experience CPA here are shit when dealing with anything unusual like foreign income etc. I have fired 3 of them so far for a mixture of negligence and outright fraud.
Looking at the inland revenue website, they have a long list of UK self assesment software companies but I have no experience or knowledge of any of them. In USA it's pretty straightforward with relatively few players (ironic thanks Turbotax for your monopoly and lobbying). Anyone got experience with any of these services? https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ware-suppliers

I’ve been using selftax for several years. I only have rental income in the uk, I keep my books up to date monthly and it takes me about 15 minutes to do my uk return.
