Hi folks, i am 100% sure this has been asked before but i searched and could not find anything. I am a GC holder living and working on Houston on a local US employment contract so paying US tax etc etc. I have family back in the UK so am looking at some "rotational" options for spending regular rotations. (thinking 2 weeks in the UK, 6 weeks in the US)

I am reading various accounts of what my limitation is regarding tax exposure. any advice or links?

Try testing your future plans against the UK statutory residence and avoid becoming a UK tax resident.
