UK State Pension Problem

I have been receiving a monthly UK State Pension but the last one received was on Sep 30, 2024.
Nothing received for October or November and NO notification or reason for this.

I have sought help by email to UK but nothing of value just yet - poor way to treat someone aged 76 who has worked hard to earn the pension in question.
Grateful to hear from any other ex pats who may have experienced this issue.

Thanks

Hi, and welcome to BE.

I've removed your personal info - BE is a public forum so it'll just get picked up by every spambot and weirdo out there! I'll move your thread to the US forum where hopefully people can help.

Have you received a Proof of Life form and if so, when did you return that? It may be they haven't received it or processed it yet?

I'd give them a ring rather than emailing, then hopefully you can speak to somebody and find out why they've stopped it.

Good luck.

Seems to be pretty random, there's a thread currently active in the Spain forum.

They're obviously not optimistic about my longevity!

I've been receiving mine for 11 years and had one form so far. That was some years ago. Shouldn't worry it seems a random thing when or if they are sent, and only for overseas recipients.
