UK Pension in USA

Hello,:) this is my first posting and I cannot find this question elsewhere, so hope you don't mind helping.
I've had job offers in both Canada and the US. Is it true that when I draw my UK Teachers' Pension at 60 and my State Pension at 66 that if I am living in the US I shall receive full UK increases, but if I am in the Dominion I shall have my UK pensions frozen at the rate they were when I first draw them?

Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure if it applies to your teachers pension, but the State pension is frozen if you go to Canada, but not in the USA.

I should have added if the teachers pension is similar to my police pension cost of living increases are paid in the USA. Just not sure that the increases on that pension would not be paid in Canada
