UK Passport Application

Hi, I hope someone can help me out. I completed and paid for an application now I am in the process of printing it out. When it prints out the top line is missing due to the size of paper being different here in the States. Does anyone know how I can fix this or what size paper I need to choose when printing?

Look down a bit.

There's a massive passport thread....been asked and answered within a page or so at the end of that thread a couple days ago.
