UK Nova and Internet Problems

We've been downloading with no problems until the last few days and then all of a sudden we lose internet connection. Both our computers (laptop included) have wireless cards. I am not computer literate, with the exception of a few minor things that I'm sure anyone knows. But, my husband certainly knows his way around a computer, although I'm sure he doesn't know everything. ;) Back to the point. The internet seems to be fine until we try to start downloading and then it loses its connection. Just wondering if its because of the UK Nova downloads and has anyone else experienced this before? Also, Bob, what was that software you recommended before to hide the fact of what you're doing?

Re: UK Nova and Internet Problems

If your ratio is shite on Nova, they kick you off...got to keep a decent ratio, at least 0.4 I think...so that might be it.

And you'll want Peer Guardian: http://www.methlabs.org/

You'll want most of the block lists except the educational institutes....it'll block yahoo, but you can get it to allow it by right click on the blocked IP and selecting to allow it.
