Since I seem to have started a bereavement club, I am okay with loss of Mum, my concern is Dad. He is in UK and both us kids live abroad.

Pops already got emotional a few weeks ago, which turned out to be the 8 month anniversary. Uncharted territory for all concerned.

My wife's mum passed away 4 years ago in the UK from cancer at a relatively young age (late 60s). My wife is particularly sad around the anniversary of her mum's death and birthday and also UK Mother's Day. I don't think that will ever change. I need to keep all 3 dates in mind and act accordingly.
