Try Zaptel. I get to a UK mobile for .14 cents a minute. I have to call their
helpline maybe once a week, just tell them the problem but not that it's a UK mobile.
They always say that they're not responsible for that...but they tweak the line
somehow and it has always worked for me. The usual problem is a lag when we talk or
sometimes an echo. You can purchase in $20 increments. I don't have the url but here
is the 800 number: 1-877-532-2737. good luck

Onetel's rates for calls from your home landline (in UK) to a UK mobile are about the
same as BT -- higher at times and on some networks. You are supposed to be able to
make cheap calls from coinbox phones, but I have been trying to make the onetel "Home
and Away" card work for ages.

Why lycos? Can't you just email it from any email account, like when people send text
pages to my mobile or pager?
